Bulk Production
Nycomed Austria is permitted to process narcotic drugs and drug substances. Additionally we offer our expertise in the filling of biologics, whether your products are of animal or human origin. About 160 million ampoules per year are filled aseptically or terminally sterilized and packed according customers requirements in our production facilities.
• 3 ampoule filling lines (1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 25ml)
• 2 product autoclaves
• 5 autoclaves for equipment
• 5 opto-electronic inspection machines for visible particles
• 3 electronic leak testing machines
Filling capacity up to 350,000 amps/day and line
It is self evident, that all products are manufactured and packed with regard to the existing European GMP-regulations and other national standards.

Packaging of Pharmaceuticals

• Complete packaging lines for ampoules, vials and other pharmaceutical
resentations (e.g. fleeces)
• Automatic packaging lines with modern control device and safety modules ISO standard ampoules are placed into polystyrene trays and packed according to your requirements. Fully automated high performance labelling machines put self-adhesive labels onto ISO ampoules. Scanning devices and balances check for the presence and integrity of labels and filling accuracy. Single- and multi-unit packages can be produced on our high-performance packaging lines.
